• My experience at my pass work places had being challenging, i have being able to establish some methods that had help my former employer improve grated. Like for my preset job at CAT-LOA LIK as manager I have maintain that the shareholders return be our first concern. And also those individuals that will obtain all of the proper documentation should be the one that Loans are given to. Another thing that we have improve on is our ability to timely collect all of our loans at the end of each months, our ability to trick all of our clients’ Accounts in communications with the Baking sectors around the country and we are also able to smoothly communicate with our clients Human Resource department so as to have a easy access I going about paying back our Loan.
