• I really had the courage to work with so much love, and to enjoy the joy in being employed. When I went through the training and completed it, this was my first employment and experience ever. I really love my client and my colleagues. My immediate boss also help in making my job easy. He will always call us to attention in a moderate tone, and make us to understand that we are doing well, but we need to do better. Because our salary was base on the amount of client we were able to register in a day time. So it gives us more courage to work harder and make more money. Most of my client wasn't that bad. But trust me some were very arrogant. But one way of the other, we develop a way to kind them down. Because our job was like this: we will convince them to save for three months, before granting them a loan. I can tell you it was very challenging, but we still had good number of customers. But unfortunately for the company, our CEO was a big 419 king. He was arrested and send to jail. For me I never took a dime as salary, so I call it voluntary.

• My work at this institution was very, very challenging. I was teaching vocabulary, from grade 7- grade 9. That particular section had a lots of grown up kids in it. Some of them were even babies mothers and fathers. I had to give them some testimonies about others who were far older than they are. I made them to understand that they were not the first nor will they be the last to still continue their education in such state or condition. Because everytime they come to class and I try to ask them to define a word, and they gets to realise that they are not able to it. Then they gets frustrated and want to leave. It worst my most challenging job. It makes me go knots everytime. For that reason, I too was losing myself and my distance was so far. My transportation was thrice my salary which wasn't coming on time. Before I left the school most of my females student were pregnant. Despite of all my advises, there were no parental care. Some stay with boyfriend or grandmother who has no more strength in her bone. So that child get damage by peer pressure. This experience was very terrible. But I too learn alot from both the school and student. Even my colleagues. The institution itself is a old school, back in the days. It too had lost it strength.
