- On September 28, 2020 I signed a six (6) contract with the ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection- Republic of Liberia in Partnership with UNWomen to Serve as Supervisor for the Gender Based Violence, Maternal Health and Child Protection Call Center (GMHCPCC). At the Call center I’m charged with the responsibility to construct all communication and correspondence on behave of the call center to and ministry of Gender and Partners. Responsible to coordinate the activities and seek the welfare of the staff as well as prepare and submit monthly reports to the Ministry of Gender through the office of the Assistant Minister for Children and Social protection. There, I also determine and design the work plan for individual staff and insure emergency calls are handle properly. Additionally, I refer cases when reported to the relevant service providers for prompt actions. I follow-up with the service providers on cases to be sure interventions are made and document feedback. Provide psychosocial support to call agents during distressful or disturbing experiences.

- As passionate social impact researcher with over five years’ worth of experience, I began active social research and advocacy activities mid 2015 at which time I acquired my first professional survey/research contract with ADA Consultant Inc. based in Canada-USA in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works. I was hired to participate in an African development Bank Supported longitudinal assessment to cover the construction of the Fish-Town Harper-Road Project (FTHRP). The assessment included baseline, midterm and impact assessments on socio-economic, traffic count, inter-state traffic and origin-and-designation. The assessment was done twice a year for five years. Including this exercise, I have participated in over 25 different surveys and research activities in diverse fields to include agriculture, academic, commerce, labor, health, gender, security/small arm use etc. I also have vast experience in working with both paper and mobile applications for data collection. In the field of research/data collection, I have served as enumerator, field supervisor, chief of point, data entry clerk and transcription lead. The last survey/research activity I participated in was the Covid-19 Household Food Security/Vulnerability Survey ahead of the Covid-19 Household Food Support Program (COHFSP).

- Immediately I graduated, I was recalled by the proprietor of the school I graduated from to offer teaching services while I take courses in Inclusive Education, a specialized program offered by the Ministry of Education through the Special Education Division in partnership with an Italian NGO called Associazione Italiana Amici di Raoul Follereau (AIFO-Liberia). I was responsible to teach all subjects to persons with special needs/disabilities. Based on my performance, I was asked to teach General Science at the junior High Level the following academic year. Subsequently in that same year (2013), I was promoted to teach Biology at the Senior High Level and I also receive an invitation from the Jennie High School to teach Chemistry that was in 2012/13 school year. I did not still there only but later toke assignment at the William Gabriel Kpolleh Memorial High School Night Session to offer Chemistry. At Jennie high School I served as the sponsor of the first senior class while teaching both Chemistry and Physics in 2013. I toke 31 students to the WAEC Exam with 30 students making successful pass. During my time as a teacher, every other school administrator (s) wanted me because I was very resourceful in the discipline. I receive a lot of certificates from enrichment programs and a “B” Certificate in math and Science from the Liberia Education Action for Development (LEAD) in 2013.
