I installed Starlink network equipment for UNHCR Branch Office Monrovia at the One UN House on 2nd Street, Sinkor. I ensured local area network was always available. I ensured configuration of devices including printers, copiers, laptops, etc. I updated on software applications as well as other office equipment. And where necessary, I escalated issues to Global Service Desk and liaised with ticket’s team for solutions.

I have variety of skills some of which I am mentioning below: I have been trained in airport management with acquired certificates and years of experience with United Nations Humanitarian Air Service (UNHAS). I have worked in logistics with certificates in World Food Programme for several years. I have gotten degree in IT and have many years of experience with United Nations High Commissioner of Refugees. I have acquired skills in computer networking such that I can work remotely on networking equipment. I have worked with Ubiquiti devices, Cisco meraki, Starlink, point to point remote networking, local area network, wire area network, etc. I have worked as auditor for an entity with good records as well as security in the private sector as well as in the UN. Not only the above mentioned areas, but I have acquired data collection skills when working with refugees and asylum seekers and I acquired certificate at the University of Liberia in Statistics. I have proven record of database management skills which qualifies me to perform entry and analysis activities. I have a valid driver license and have driven in foreign country, United States of America in 2 states, namely: Maryland and North Dakota. I produced and edited videos currently on Youtube for field office Saclepea while working with UNHCR since 2013. I am always willing to learn new things. I am adaptable and physically fit and respect multi-culture.
