Skills
Excellent knowledge of, and ability to apply public financial management, budget, accounting, procurement, administrative, audit, environmental regulations and procedures in any given setting; Very good acquaintance with international public sector accounting standards (IPSAS), international financial reporting standards (IFRS), international auditing standards (IAS); Ability to analyze and interpret data in support of decision-making and convey resulting information to management.
