- In my current role, I have had experience in supervision of construction and rehabilitation activities at various sites in rural Liberia while ensuring effective and efficient site specific daily and weekly activity planning and smooth implementation/execution at the site level within the planned resources (time, money and personnel) while ensuring adherence to my organization's policies, project guidelines and acceptable standards. I have worked in the preparation of contracts and tender documents. I have worked in ensuring strict adherence to good contract management practice, terms and conditions of contract/implementation agreements with third parties, supervision/monitoring of third parties/contractors and construction/rehabilitation works(irrigation schemes, roads, markets etc) while developing and maintaining good working relationships with local governments, communities, contractors and other stakeholders. I have had the responsibility to foresee and avoid risks/challenges to the daily and weekly implementation approaches and plans, proposing feasible and cost/time effective solutions for consideration by the his superiors. Adequate and effective daily and weekly site activity supervision and monitoring of all planned works at site level and preventing/minimizing losses or escalation of problems at the various sites. Based on my previous experience, I have been seconded in many roles of the Civil and Senior Civil Engineer.
