• I was in charge of sales and marketing activities of the bank. I handled product development and management of the sales performance of the institution . i was able to come out with five strategic products and increase the sales figures to more than 500% in the institution.

• Mr. Ebenezer Arthur Duncan is a Lecturer in Marketing, Leadership, People Management and Research Methodology at University of Professional Studies. He has more than fifteen (15) years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically in Rural and Community Banking, Retail Banking and Insurance. As head, Sales and Marketing at Akwapim Rural Bank, he has had experience in Rural and Community Banking and Microfinance. He championed product development and came out with more than five strategic products for Akwapim Rural Bank Limited. He had part of his experience from Healthy Life Beverages, the Standard Chartered Bank Ghana, a more structured and multicultural environment, Vanguard Assurance company and Ghana Education Service. His varied experience in the service industry makes him confident to mitigate any challenge in mostly service organizations. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra from March 2014 to date.
