- During the period stated above, I served as Senior Site Engineer on USIAD/Liberia funded Sustainable High Impact Infrastructure for Agriculture and Education (SHINE) projects. My duties were; -To coordinate site activities to ensure construction works are implemented consistent with project quality assurance plan. -To supervise environmental compliance Officer and the Junior Site Engineers to ensure construction work adheres to the terms of contract, specifications, quality and environmental requirements -To review technical designs and drawings to ensure compliance -To provide daily weekly and monthly progress report as required by the contract. This position and assignment afforded me the opportunity to exercise some managerial and leadership skills as I was able to manage both project employees and the activities. The overall outcome of the project has given me the confidence to take on similar and greater roles in civil engineering project delivery.
